Chelz Danielle is a singer-songwriter based in Orlando, Florida. While neo-soul is her passion, she also likes to explore styles such as jazz, indie pop, R&B, and bossa nova in her performances. Influenced by the smooth style of Moonchild, as well as the relaxing melodies of Sade, Chelz invites you on a journey to experience her hypnotizing sounds.

Inspiration for Chelz’s songwriting comes from life events - including happiness, heartbreak, imposter syndrome, love, and loss - the experiences that make us human. Her goal is to create music that reaches an audience from every walk of life. On a personal level, writing music is a way for Chelz to release her feelings, meditate, express herself, and connect with others. She hopes that her music can be a way for listeners to do the same, cultivating lyrics and melodies that allow them to interpret her music in a way that’s most comfortable to them.

While starting her journey as a singer, Chelz has also began making her way into the local Orlando music scene. Her music has been heard at venues, bars, and events including Will’s Pub, Stardust, The Imperial Kitchen and Wine Bar, McQueens Social Lounge with Sofar Sounds, The Neighbors, Sidecar, and Colonialtown North’s Porch Stock. She also has the title as one of the lead singers in a new local funk group, called The ‘97 Bulls. She also sings and plays keyboard for an all women’s R&B band called Purple Essence.

Chelz Danielle’s latest song Find It, produced by LA artist Jaye Locke, alongside Sean Silverman, explores an indie-pop style similar to The Marias, with catchy lyrics that make you want to dance. In this song, Chelz talks about the struggles of wanting to follow your dreams, but often feeling like it’s unattainable. Although she finds herself trying to work through these struggles, she gives a glimpse of hope in her chorus, reminding herself, “One day, I will find it.”
